Geneva Ruth Hancock, age 89 of Picayune, MS., died Thursday, July 08, 2010 in Hammond, LA.., a member of First United Methodist Church of Picayune, MS., a member of 39ers Senior Group, a member of UMW, and a member of Faith Circle.
A native of New Orleans, LA., Ruth has lived in Picayune for the last 26 years. Ruth served as secretary for the 39ers Senior Group and the UMW Faith Circle.
The deceased is survived by: Her only Child, Dennis E. (Cathy) Hancock of New Orleans, LA., Her Grandsons, Matt Kientz and Andy Kientz, both of New Orleans, LA., her dear Cousin, Nancy (Mike) Brister of Picayune, MS., and her Son, Jim (Pam) Brister of Picayune, MS., and their Daughter, Sarah Brister of Picayune, MS.
The deceased is preceded in death by: Her Parents, George Edward Rouse and Myrtle Jackson Rouse as well as her Husband of 26 years, C.A. "Red" Hancock. | |
