The deceased is survived by: her sons, James "Jimmy" (Teresa) Andrew Osbourn II of Bay St. Louis, MS
and Don Adrian Osbourn of Picayune, MS, her grandson, Andrew David Osbourn, great granddaughter Aurora Jane Harper, great grandson Andrew David Osbourn, II, her brother, James "Jim" (Diane) Thomas Tate of Picayune, MS, brother-in-law Charles H. Kellar of Hickory, LA, aunt Yvonne Bass Whitman of Picayune, MS and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The deceased is preceded in death by: her parents, Judge Lonnie James and Vera Odessa Whitman Tate,
her husband, James Andrew Osbourn Sr., and sisters Katherine Delores Tate, Dorothy Jean
